Empx Automations provides automated Shopify store creation services. When you place an order on our website, you agree to these Terms, including our refund and privacy policies.

2. User Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information required to build your store.
• Make payments promptly through the available payment method (PayPal).
• Cooperate with our team when clarifications are needed.
• Not use the delivered Shopify store for illegal activities.

3. Service Delivery

• Once you place an order and complete payment, we begin building your Shopify store.
• Delivery is guaranteed within 24 hours, unless affected by technical delays or missing client information.
• Delivery is made by sending you full access to the Shopify store.

4. Ownership of Delivered Store

Once delivered, the Shopify store belongs to you. You are responsible for handling renewals, subscriptions, domain purchases, and maintaining Shopify’s terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Any loss resulting from how you choose to use your Shopify store.
• Shopify fees, subscription charges, domain purchases, or payment gateway issues.
• Loss of income, business, or data after delivery.
• Issues caused by third-party apps or services you install on your store.
• Delays caused by incorrect or missing client information.

Our responsibility ends after successfully delivering the Shopify store to the client.
